Saltwater Studios in located in the Northwest Work Lofts complex. It is in the Alpha building which is located about 1/2 block North of the main NWWL building.
There are a few paid lots in the area, but street parking is fairly abundant on the weekends. I recommend looking either alongside the studio on Elliott Ave, or a few blocks south of the studio on Western Ave.
From Western Avenue
If you’re standing on Western Ave, looking at the Northwest Work Lofts sign, you’ll want to turn right and head up Western to the next set of buildings:
As you approach the yellow doors and awning of The Marketeering Group, you’ll notice a set of (steep!) concrete stairs to the left.
Please proceed down those stairs.
Please text me when you arrive. The door is locked, but I will let you in as soon as you get there.
From Elliot Avenue
If you approach the building from Elliott Ave, you’ll find those yellow doors are over a loading dock:
There isn’t any parking back there, but it is convenient place to have a ride share drop you off, or to let your family come relax in the studio while your driver looks for parking.
Paid Parking Lots
If you prefer not to hassle with street parking, you will find two paid lots located directly across the street on Elliot Avenue.
On weekends use the lot at 3161 Elliott Ave W, Seattle, WA 98121, between the Corner Deli and the P-I building. When you see the red trolley car, you’ve arrived. Please note that this lot is not available to the public on weekdays.
On weekdays I recommend parking at the PI building garage, located at 101 Elliott Ave N, Seattle, WA 98121. Please note that this parking garage is closed on weekends.
